Create a Marketing in 30 Minutes a Day Business Using Artificial Intelligence
For online entrepreneurs who have already chosen your business model and are actively working to build your brand, you may be considering how you can tighten your schedule to free up more time and complete your tasks. Marketing in 30 minutes a day makes sense for all of us… Dollars and cents!
Even though many are already using artificial intelligence (AI) tools, they aren’t necessarily using them in the most efficient way. Most successful online entrepreneurs understand the importance of having a systematic approach to running a business.
You have to make sure you are handling all of your tasks – from coming up with creative product ideas to generating traffic and engaging with your core audience. AI can serve as your reliable workhorse to do the heavy lifting for you as you oversee the running of your business on a daily basis.
Using one or two AI tools, you can use a batch work approach so that you aren’t immersed in a schedule of daily chaos. Instead, you are focused on one core area per day and scheduling everything for the upcoming week.
The way you’ll do this is by using short, high impact work sessions where you are fully focused without distractions. It’s helpful if you have a basic paid version of an AI tool like ChatGPT or Claude, because you will get more out of it – but it’s not a requirement.
Below, I’m going to show you how to work five days a week for marketing in 30 minutes a day using AI to ensure you are pulling in targeted traffic, building and nurturing a list of loyal subscribers, creating moneymakers as a vendor or affiliate, and engaging with your audience strategically.
We’re going to start with Friday, so that you are prepared for everything you will be doing with what AI develops for you in the upcoming week. This shortens your time consuming tasks on Monday through Thursday so that AI is able to quickly serve your needs without being mired in research and brainstorming.
Friday: AI Planning for the Upcoming Week
Friday is where you leverage AI for its innovative capabilities. You want to let it do the digging for you so you can be ready to hit the ground running on Monday with content and strategic tasks that will build your business.
At the end of each week on Fridays, use AI to conduct competitive, trending and consumer research and make lists of the topics you’ll be doing Monday-Thursday for your blog content, lead magnets and emails, social media, and products or reviews.
Batch work is a fantastic task model for AI. There are four tools worth using simultaneously when you conduct today’s work. Perplexity is best for real-time research with curated sources.
Gemini excels at analyzing trends and helping you optimize your strategy. Claude is best for your long-form work, but on Fridays, you can use it for the innovative titles and slants for your upcoming week of marketing in 30 minutes a day.
And ChatGPT is the perfect AI brainstorming companion for outlining your upcoming content so that it’s comprehensive and attractive to the audience you’re trying to pull in to your marketing sphere.
If you glance at the daily tasks we’ll be covering, they include the development of courses, product reviews and sales copy on Mondays, traffic-pulling content like new and freshened up blog posts for ranking in the SERPs (search engine results pages) on Tuesdays, social media content and other tasks on Wednesdays, and list building and nurturing on Thursdays.
That’s a lot of content, and typically overwhelming for online entrepreneurs. Not only does the creation of so much content (which is required in order to be competitive) feel like a burden, but coming up with fresh ideas and staying on top of trends and demands week after week can be draining.
After blocking all distractions, have a list of what you want to create and publish for the upcoming week. For example, your list to fill in with AI might look like this when you are marketing in 30 minutes a day:
- 3 Blog Posts (2 Informative and 1 Product Review)
- Info Product
- Lead Magnet for [Segment of Audience]
- 3 Emails
- 2 FB Group Posts
- 3 IG Posts
- 1 YouTube Video
That way, you know what you need to work with AI on. Now if there are any specifics, you can tailor that in your request when AI is conducting your research and brainstorming (for example, if you want a lead magnet targeting stay at home moms who are looking for online careers).
You’ll first want to go to Perplexity and have it conduct research on current consumer demands, trends and competitive spy work. Your prompt might look like this:
“Research the latest trends, consumer demands, and competitive strategies in [your niche]. Identify emerging topics, high-engagement content, and gaps in the marketplace. Provide insights on what successful competitors are focusing on and suggest fresh angles for blog posts, lead magnets, emails, social media content, and product reviews for next week.”
So if I plugged “online marketing” into that request, I would get a list of emerging trends such as AI with hyper personalization, search everywhere optimization, social commerce and live shopping, and short form video marketing.
Then it would give me a list of gaps in the marketplace – such as niche community engagement and interactive content. It would give me content ideas for next week for my blog, lead magnets, emails, social media, and product reviews.
But you can also only use Perplexity for the research part – and then take its research answers to Gemini, Claude or ChatGPT for the brainstorming aspect. Let’s say you went to Gemini and prompted this: “In my niche of online marketing, topics trending this week include as AI with hyper personalization, search everywhere optimization, social commerce and live shopping, and short form video marketing. Give me an MECE’d list of content titles/slants for the following items I can publish this week based on this list. Make sure it sets me apart as a leader: [the insert the list of the items you listed previously that you want to publish next week].”
It comes back with everything you need. If you like some of it, use some of it and then go to another AI tool for replacements (or ask the same tool to replace the ones you don’t like).
So we get an info product called “Short-Form Video Mastery: A Strategic Playbook for Senior Marketers.” We get a lead magnet idea for an AI-Powered Marketing Audit where it teaches them to look for hyper-personalization opportunities. And the rest of the content is laid out for us, too – with titles and explanations of what it should cover.
You can always play a role in the research and brainstorming part, too. You might notice a rise in a certain topic and feed that into AI. For example, your prompt might be: “I’m seeing a rise in questions about AI influencer tools. What are some slants I could do for that topic for my audience of online entrepreneurs?”
By the end of your session, you want the ideas mapped out for everything in your list that you want AI to complete for you in the upcoming week. If you have any leftover time, go ahead and have AI make an outline for your info products, reviews, blog posts, etc.
Monday: Moneymakers with the Help of AI
Your top goal is probably income generation, so we want to start the week off with the creation of our moneymaking content. This includes info products (like eBooks), product reviews and sales copy.
You may not have all of those every week. You might do one info product per month and spend the rest of that time driving traffic to it. But you can always use your Monday’s for working on your next paid project.
You might use AI to create scripts that you can plug into a video or audio AI tool, too. Even an AI influencer account on TikTok can start earning Creator Funds, so it all depends on what direction you want to head in.
For our example, we will take the eBook idea of the Short-Form Video Mastery: A Strategic Playbook for Senior Marketers. Claude does a fantastic job of creating an entire eBook in one sitting where all you have to do is say Continue once it hits a limit.
But start out by having ChatGPT or another tool create a comprehensive outline for it. Prompt it with this: “I want a comprehensive outline for an eBook called Short-Form Video Mastery: A Strategic Playbook for Senior Marketers.”
You might even use a couple of tools and combine the two outlines with the best parts that you see in them. This is delivered in mere seconds. Once you have the outline, you’ll go to Claude.ai and prompt it like this: “I need an extremely long, full eBook called Short-Form Video Mastery: A Strategic Playbook for Senior Marketers. The outline is below.”
Make sure you give it any specific writing instructions that you prefer to ensure it matches with your tone and style. You should have a file that you can copy and paste into AI with these instructions anytime you have it create content for you.
Make sure you go through it for proper formatting and accuracy of information. Once you’re ready, go to your favorite AI tool for sales copy. You can even use ChatGPT. Upload the file of the info product and tell it you want sales copy.
You may need to be specific with exactly how many headlines, and what other elements you want – such as storyline (with specifications), bulletpoint benefits, product specifications, a call to action, and post scripts.
Again, it helps to have a template. Once you have a template you can just say, “For the attached info product, create a replica of the sales letter below [paste it in].” It will replace all of the other information with new details about your current eBook!
If you want to have AI create a product review for something you had it research on Friday, you can also do that today – since your entire eBook and sales copy were finished in 15 minutes or so (including formatting and review time).
Give AI a link to the exact product you want it to write the review about along with any specifications you want to add. Sometimes, it’s best to see what it will do initially and then go back with instructions like, “Add some information about what sets it apart from similar products.”
Your initial review prompt be something like this: “Create a comprehensive, SEO-optimized pillar blog post reviewing [Product Name], a [product type] by [Brand]. Include an introduction, features and specs, who it’s for, pricing, pros and cons, comparisons, user experience, social proof, and a strong CTA. Ensure it’s detailed, engaging, and structured to rank well in search results. [And include a link for AI so it can review the product online].”
When AI creates your review, you have to be responsible for checking accuracy of things like pricing, coupons, technical specs, key features and more. AI will make up things like case studies, so you can instead tell it to use something specific from you or to simply talk about a hypothetical example.
You can then upload your product and start driving traffic to it with the tasks you complete the rest of the week. On the weeks when you have an info product or product review, don’t forget to have AI create emails, blog posts, and social media content with a call to action to send people to your new offer.
Tuesday: Traffic Pulling AI Tasks
On Tuesdays, you want to leverage AI to create blog content and refresh existing content on your blog so that it performs better in terms of search engine optimization. SEO is always evolving and even if there is no algorithm change, you will be fluctuating in your rankings depending on what moves the competitors have taken.
On Friday, you got a list of blog slants and titles that you wanted to publish the following week. Today, you can either take the outlines you had AI create for you or start from scratch with a title and slant and have AI outline and write the blog post for you.
The first thing you can do is give AI your list of blog topics and ask it to come up with high traffic keywords you should be targeting for that concept. It can give you a primary keyword along with semantic keywords to work into the content.
Then, prompt AI with instructions to outline it like this: “Outline a comprehensive pillar blog post for [topic/slant] that targets the following keywords [primary and semantic]. Make sure it addresses all reader inquiries and is optimized throughout for high ranking in the SERPs.”
Pillar blog posts are typically longer than a normal blog post. Depending on which tool you are using, you may need to feed AI each section at a time from the outline so that it can complete it in a comprehensive manner.
For example, if you have 5 or 6 sections for your pillar topic, and you ask ChatGPT to create a long blog post, it might deliver 800 or 900 words. But if you take each section and ask it to write that section, it can go into much more detail, giving examples and helpful information to your readers, which is also what Google and other search engines are looking for.
Some AI tools, like Claude, can deliver longer forms of content all at once. So you can instruct Claude to create a 2,500-word blog post in one sitting. When you are finished having AI write the blog posts, read through them for accuracy and then take each one and ask AI to make sure it is optimized for SEO.
You also may need to include instructions to ensure that it is maximized for consumer readability. If there are other elements you need AI to handle, such as your meta description or alt tags for images, ask it to do that for you at this time.
Then, you can queue up the blog posts to go live on your WordPress blog in the upcoming days. It might be wise to create a calendar so that you know which days certain titles are going to be published so that you can schedule your social media posts and emails to point back to them.
You also want to spend a little time this day having AI freshen up older blog posts. You can ask it to analyze the current blog post to determine how it can get better rankings, which may be something like rewriting the introduction or suggesting new keywords to target.
Once it makes the suggestions, have it carry out the changes for you and republish the blog content with the alterations so that you have a better chance at achieving a top ranking in the SERPs… the search engine results pages.
Make sure you always have AI and your content with a strong call to action. It depends on your goal for the blog post, but you can either have the customer get on your list as a subscriber, purchase an info product from you, or click to buy something through your affiliate link. What you don’t want to do is allow the customer to leave your site without doing any of the above.
Wednesday: Social Tasks with AI
So far, you have all of your research done, a product and review to sell and earn money with, and blog content to pull in traffic and convert visitors into subscribers or buyers. While blog posts are great for having a tool to rank in the search engines and send traffic your way, social media platforms allow you to build a personal following for your brand and direct them to your blog, offers, and lead magnets. Add this to your ‘marketing in 30 minutes a day’ schedule.
On Wednesdays, you can use AI to engage in batch post creation for the various social media platforms you are on. For example, you can have AI create scripts and storyboards for your video marketing platforms, text for your Facebook posts, images for your Pinterest and Instagram content, and so on.
If you only need a script for your video marketing, you can use ChatGPT or other AI tools to achieve that goal. You’ll take your topic that AI generated for you on Friday and prompt AI with the following:
“I need a video script and storyboard for [topic/slant]. It needs to be suited for my audience of [demographic specifications] on [social media platform] and should be [number of seconds or minutes long].”
Also include any details such as the call to action you want or any intro and outro specifications you’d like mentioned. The storyboard prompt portion will help you get ideas from AI about what images or video clips to use and how it should transition from one scene to the next.
You can have an entire week’s worth of AI content for multiple platforms ready to go in mere minutes. Then use an AI-friendly tool like Hootsuite to queue everything up to go live on the date and time that you choose.
With any leftover time, go through your social media and have AI generate quick replies to people who have engaged on your posts. You can do the same with any direct messages you’ve received.
On this day, you might also want to download any social media analytics details that you can provide to AI on Fridays in an effort to help you plan content that your audience will respond best to.
Thursday: AI Batch List Task Creation for Next Week
On your next to the last day of your ‘marketing in 30 minutes a day’ work week, use this time to focus on building a list and nurturing your current subscribers. AI can help you quickly and easily with this task by assisting you with the creation of lead magnets, email autoresponders, and split test campaigns to help with your conversions.
Many marketers make the mistake of only having one lead magnet available to draw in prospective subscribers. They do it with a very broadly-slanted topic. However, you can create dozens of topic or audience specific lead magnets that help build your list fast.
For example, instead of just having one lead magnet that might appeal broadly to all Internet marketers, you can prompt AI with the following: “Create a lead magnet that will appeal to seniors who need to supplement their retirement income by learning to make money online.”
You can be more specific and have AI outline a certain subtopic or use whatever content you got on Friday for your lead magnet. Lead magnets can be many different things. You can have AI create sets of short reports, full courses, templates, checklists, cheat sheets, and more.
You can even create specific lead magnets for different platforms, such as one for visitors who arrive at your blog, those you post to social media platforms, and even other options like a free front end product with a paid funnel.
In addition to having AI create your lead magnet for the week, make sure it creates the emails you will be sending out next week that you brainstormed with AI on Friday. You can have it create a single version or split test copies so that you continually elevate your open rate and click through rate.
If there’s anything specific you want your emails to point to, such as your new info product or a product review, make sure to specify that whenever you prompt it to craft the email slant AI provided to you on Friday.
You also want to make sure when it has completed the job that you personalize it and verify the information before sending it out. Queue up your emails that AI created and it will handle your business all week long. Do you love this idea of marketing in 30 minutes a day?
On this day, you can gather the data from last week’s emails, such as the open rate and click through rate, and let AI see that information so that it optimizes your subject lines and call to action statements better for this week’s content.
Being a successful online entrepreneur is a matter of being innovative, consistent, and engaging. These are all things that artificial intelligence tools can assist you with if you let it.
The speed with which it can conduct research, brainstorming, and content development at your instruction is unprecedented. You can still have your input and voice included, but it can smooth the way for rapid growth and give you many more hours to enjoy life the way it was meant to be lived.
