Even when my list consisted of fewer than one hundred people, I still promoted affiliate products and services to them on a regular basis. I made sure that what I was recommending to them was a fit with my niche, so that it would make sense to them. For example, I was teaching them how and why to blog regularly, so it was appropriate for me to promote products and services from the Blog Squad on how to blog for your business.
After a few months, my people came to expect my recommendations on affiliate products and services that I had found beneficial. Some began to contact me and ask me if I was an affiliate for someone before they signed up for their program. My income increased and I continued to build my reputation as someone who only promoted what I had used personally and benefitted from in my own business.
Take a look at what products, courses, and services you have used in the past or are currently using. Which of these would be helpful to the people on your list? Be sure to let them know how each thing has helped you personally or professionally, and give them your affiliate link. Be a good resource to your list and they will appreciate you for it.

Hi Connie,
Great post. Thank you!
Could you market products from different niches to the same list?
I have different interests, and even my own products vary a bit in subjects…
Greetings,
Claus 😀

You have it right on when you said,
“Be a resource to your list.”
So many forget that your # 1 priority is to serve your list, not the other way around.
