Consider this another micro-course, as my gift to you.
I – Pull up your main/primary blog or website. Does
it contain these components?
* a recent photo of you
* a tag line that explains what you do
* recent content on your topic
* a way to join your list, at the top of your
right-hand column
* a free giveaway that makes sense for your topic
* a contemporary and welcoming theme and design
II – Now, thinking about your business…
* What’s for sale? Make a list of your products, courses,
membership sites, coaching/mentoring, books, and anything
else someone may purchase from you online or offline
***This may surprise you, but it’s crucial to consider
this information when evaluating your business***
How many of each item must you sell to meet your income goal?
Do you have a combination of lower priced products and also
packages/programs in the four to five figure range?
III – What one thing can you change or modify to increase
the effectiveness of your blog/website?
What product or course can you create between now and the
end of 2018 that will position you as an expert on your
niche topic? (See below for an excellent idea)
IV – Ask your coach or mentor to review all of this with
you before the end of this month, after you’ve made changes
based on my comments here. This is how you move from where
you are right now to closer to where you want to be.
[If you are not working with a mentor you are shortchanging
yourself. I continue to have mentors after twelve years as
an entrepreneur and also mentor others to success.]
V – What are you willing to do every day to move your
business forward? Are you committed, or is your business
an afterthought many days? Do you love being an entrepreneur?

“How to Rejuvenate Your Business and Get Ready for 2019”

I) Freshen up your blog posts to make sure you have:

a) at least one post for each of the categories you cover
b) a call to action within and/or at the end of each post
c) a variety of posts about business, because even if your
niche is organic gardening you are in business

II) Have multiple information products for sale

Of the many people and businesses I strategize with each year,
the #1 issue in not having enough for sale in order to produce
sufficient income. Do this quickly:

a) Use PLR and your knowledge on your specific niche topic
to create simple information products
b) Put your own spin on them to make them unique. For example,
with the topic of organic gardening share insights into how to engage with
organic gardening…

i) inside your home or apartment
ii) with/for young children and/or homeschoolers
iii) for those with food allergies/sensitivities
iv) to alleviate stress, overwhelm, or lack of focus

III) Add a coaching/mentoring component to your business. Begin
by offering a series of three sessions now to be delivered right
after the first of the year. Shock yourself with how much you
charge. When two or more people sign up offer them access to a
group coaching program. Sell spots to this at less than you
charged initially for the three session offering, but monthly.
This is exactly how I began me mentoring program in 2008 and I
have earned over two million dollars with this since then by
serving people both one-on-one and in small groups to achieve
their goals. I currently have four openings in my own mentoring

IV) Add a related stream of income to your business. I recommend
